Who is responsible?

Hansje E.L.H. Görtz is responsible for the personal information handled through this portfolio website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to elhg@highsewciety.nl.

When you get in touch

If you use the contact form, the website receives your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry, take steps you request, and keep a reasonable record of professional correspondence.

Messages are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting working relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to ongoing work are normally deleted within 12 months after the conversation ends, unless they must be kept longer for a legal reason.

Website services

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes contact-form submissions and may keep limited technical and security logs when pages are requested. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Showreels are embedded from YouTube. When a video player loads, Google or YouTube may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies according to their own policies. The site does not receive the viewing history from YouTube.

Sharing and transfers

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, respond to enquiries, or meet a legal obligation. Netlify, Google, or YouTube may process information outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their own privacy documentation.

Links to Instagram, Spotlight, LinkedIn, YouTube, or email open services with their own privacy practices. Those services receive information only when you choose to visit or contact them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and you may object to its use. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Send a request to elhg@highsewciety.nl.

If you believe your information has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
